What we collect
- Assessment and research applications: the business information you submit (name, company, email, country, operational details). Used solely to run the research programme and, if you request it, early access.
- Platform accounts: login details and the content your organisation creates in its workspace.
- Technical basics: server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention; a rate-limit counter keyed to a hash of your IP.
What we do with it
- Arrange and analyse research interviews (aggregated insights; individual answers are not published).
- Send the emails you asked for: confirmations, interview coordination, and the research sequence — every message carries a one-click unsubscribe honoured permanently.
- Operate your workspace, isolated per organisation with role-based access and audit logging.
What we do not do
- Sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- Use client workspace data to serve other clients.
- Publish anything identifying you without written consent.
Retention & requests
Research data is kept while the programme runs and deleted on request. Email alleynepr@gmail.com to access, correct or erase your information.
