Delivery process
The same system that runs FBE’s own companies, applied to the 2–3 workflows we agree with you in week one.
- 1 · Agree the workflowsWeek one: through the assessment and a short conversation, we agree the 2–3 workflows to automate — only ones the platform already handles well, each with a measurable baseline.
- 2 · DesignWe map how work actually flows and define agent responsibilities, inputs, outputs, KPIs and the approval points where humans decide.
- 3 · BuildAgents are configured with your context: prompts, integrations, escalation rules and approval steps — all version-controlled.
- 4 · DeployThe workforce launches in a controlled environment with limited scope, real work and daily review.
- 5 · MeasureEach workflow is tracked weekly against the baseline we agreed: hours saved, turnaround time, error rate — on a dashboard, not in a slide deck.
- 6 · ImproveModifier agents propose refinements from results and user feedback; approved changes roll out with full history.
The operating loop, day to day
- Request. You give a worker a task or start a department workflow.
- Draft. The worker produces structured output — never a final decision.
- Review. A named human approves, edits or rejects.
- Execute. Approved outputs become documents, tasks and actions.
- Report. Every run is logged, measurable and auditable.
