How FBE uses AI
- AI agents draft documents, plans, research, replies and reports — always as drafts.
- Every consequential or outward-facing action (sending, publishing, spending, changing systems) requires human approval through a logged queue.
- Agent prompts are version-controlled; every run is recorded with model, tokens and requester.
- AI never makes hiring, firing, financial or legal decisions. People do.
Your data and AI
- Workspace content may be processed by third-party AI models (currently OpenAI) to produce your drafts; we send the minimum context needed for the task.
- We do not use one client’s data to serve another.
- Interview recordings happen only with your explicit consent and are used for product research.
Honesty
We label demonstration workflows as demonstrations, publish no invented clients or numbers, and describe AI capabilities in terms of what our systems actually do today.
